To help retain the amount of blood in Sarawak General Hospital,
Members of Red Crescent Youth Unit No.7 is going to hold a Blood Donation Campaign this upcoming Saturday.
Details of the Activities are as follow :
Date : 1st March 2014 ( Saturday )
Time : 10.30 a.m. til 3.30 p.m.
Venue : Boulevard Shopping Mall ( New Mall, Second Floor )
Anyone who are interested to join must be aged around 18 to 60, and has to weight more than 45 kg, having a goodnight sleep at about 5 hours or more with good health ( no AIDS, no high blood Pressure and others ) are welcomed to donate blood. Anyone who've been donating blood, please bring along ur blood donor's card.

為了協助古晉中央醫院填補血液之儲存量，古晉市鎮第一中學將舉辦一向捐血活動。活動詳情如下：
日期: 1/3/2014 (星期六)
時間: 上午10時30分至下午3時30分
地點: 古晉富利華商場(新樓, 二樓) ...
凡事年齡介於18至60歲, 體重45公斤以上者, 睡眠不少於5小時與身體健康良好的人士, 都歡迎前來響應此捐血活動。長期捐血者須攜帶捐血記錄卡。
