            Formal Outfit for Ex - members

All members are compulsory to join in the event....

N it would be our last event with all the form 5's seniors....

which means...

Another Week till our Official Retirement....

MH 17 Airplane Incident

We would like to send our CONDOLENCE to the family and friends of those Passengers, Air stewardess  and the Pilot On Board MH 17....

Shocking was the only word when we've heard about the news of MH 17....

Life goes on....

We sincerely hope all the family and friends of those victims

can STAY STRONG and live on another day

We're gonna Retire....

Although We're A FAMILY..... 

Sometimes, We'll have to LEAVE the FAMILY Too...

It's Sad for ALL the SENIORS.... but, It's the reality of the world....

We've reach the age where we'll have to leave something behind and 

carry on pursuit our dreams and future....

The ACTIVITY had SUCCESSFULLY organised....

Thank You All for Supporting our Unit's Blood Donation 2014 held on 12 July 2014....

According to the Organizing Chairperson,

28 person registered to donate blood
21 person who donated their blood....

We really appreciate all of u who donate and help us promote the blood donation.... =)

為了協助古晉中央醫院填補血液之儲存量，古晉市鎮第一中學紅新月將舉辦一向捐血活動。活動詳情如下：

日期 : 12/7/2014 (星期六)
時間 : 上午10時至下午2時
地點 : Wisma, Saberkas.

凡事年齡介於18至60歲, 體重45公斤以上者, 睡眠不少於5小時與身體健康良好的人士, 都歡迎前來響應此捐血活動。長期捐血者須攜帶捐血記錄卡。

Red Crescent Youth Unit No.7, SMK Bandar Kuching will organise a Blood Donation

Date : 12/7/2014 ( Saturday )
Time : 10.00am-2.00pm
Place : Wisma, Saberkas

Donors must between 18-60 years old, and 45kg above. Sleep more than 5 hours and no health problems are welcome to donate blood.
