FLAG DAY SALE 2013

During the flag day sale, many unexpected things happens along the way.....
Our initial target is to break our own record that is: RM 38,000 in the two weeks time.....
But, some problems appeared out and the 2 weeks Flag Day sale are forced to be ended 1 week earlier....
We've just knew about our result of the Flag Day Sale recently and whatcha know.....

Even though we didn't hit our initial target but We've collected such amount in just 1 week time..... And Most importantly....

FIRST PLACE

We won it for FIVE YEARS IN A ROW !!!!

Members who worked hard enough in this flag day sale thank you for your hard works during the sale....

And for those who don't understand why we have flag day sale.... Following are the reasons why we collect money from public :-

1. To help others in need.... Chapter will withdraw money out from the money we collected to organised activity and also provide food and support physically for those who in need...

2. To organize courses and activities for members.... Chapter withdraw money to organize first aid courses to increase members' first aid skill.

3. To organize courses for the public..... Chapter will organize courses such as First Aider in Every Home and some Home Nursing courses for non - members of Malaysian Red Crescent. Courses like this will help increase the awareness of public the first help to the victims of cases.

4. To organize blood donations...... Blood donations held will help to retain the amount of blood of different kind of blood type in Sarawak General Hospital's Blood Bank.
